Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders at Odacieuse are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Portuguese public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that during high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship within Portugal, to the European Union, and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Portugal (Continental): Estimated 1-3 business days.

Portugal (Islands - Madeira/Azores): Estimated 3-7 business days.

European Union: Estimated 5-10 business days.

Rest of the World: Estimated 10-20 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
If you are in Lisbon, you can choose to skip the shipping fees by selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Pickup Location: Calçada da Estrela 74A, 1200-662 Lisboa.

When: Your order will be ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when it is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
All our shipments are tracked. Once your item leaves our boutique, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Odacieuse Lda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
6. Damages & Loss
Odacieuse takes great care in packaging your unique pieces to ensure they arrive in "Excellent Condition."

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please contact us at marie@odacieuse.pt within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box and item so we can assist you with the carrier’s insurance process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
